Before you pre-order our pastries or request our catering services, we at Sweet T’s Patisserie in Austin, Texas highly recommend that you read our answers to the questions we frequently receive from our customers. If you have any concerns we did not cover, feel free to call or email us.


Are all orders delivered or can I pick up my order?

We love taking care of our customers in any way possible! For your convenience, all orders are delivered to you at no extra charge.]


How much notice do you need to make a wedding cake or special occasion cake?

We need at least 2 months to ensure that we are able to design and craft the cake of your dreams.


Is there a deposit for wedding cakes or special occasion cakes?

Yes. In order to reserve the date of your event, we require a deposit of either $150 or 25% of the total, whichever is higher.


Do you charge for consultations?

As long as a contract is signed the day of the tasting, there is no fee for consultation. All consultations/tastings include 3 different cake flavors. Additional flavors may be added to your consultation for $10 per flavor beyond the first 3 flavors. If a contract is not signed, tastings are $25.


Can I change the number of guests for our event?

If the total guest count is changed within 10 days of the event, an extra cost may be incurred on top of the already quoted price per guest. If the guest count is changed more than 10 days in advance, added costs will only reflect that of the original quote.
